What a success!
Thank you to everyone who made this evening a wonderful event. Aside from the reservations made, we had several walk-ins attend last-minute leading us to a packed house and having us extend the event into our cozy Wine bar. While Chef Fiorianti was preparing each dish with his big smile, the staff started off each attendee with a glass of Delamotte Brut, Champagne. From that moment, the courses were served at just the right pace to allow each table to discuss their opinions on the pairings.
